Was passiert, wenn du jemanden meldest

Reporting takes seconds
The report button sits inside every call, two taps away. Pick a reason — nudity, threats, spam, underage, or something else — and the report goes out with snapshots from the call attached, so a moderator sees what you saw.
A human reviews the evidence
Automatic screening catches the obvious cases instantly, but every report lands in front of a human moderator. They check the evidence, the account's history, and whether other readers reported the same person. Nothing is decided by a score alone.
The ban ladder
Consequences scale with the offence and the history:
- A first minor offence earns a warning.
- Repeat or serious offences earn a shadow-ban: the account can still open the site, but it never matches with anyone real again.
- Severe offences — threats, sexual content, targeting minors — earn a hard ban tied to the network and the device fingerprint, not just the account.
Appeals stay fair
Bans can be appealed from the app or by email, and a different moderator reviews the appeal with the same evidence. Most bans are also time-limited: the privacy policy's retention table says what is kept and for how long, and expired records are deleted on schedule.
The system only works if people use it. When in doubt, report — the safety center has the full details.
